Making time

Planter Pals are made to order in Ohio. Orders are expected to dispatch within 7 calendar days. Dispatch is when the package leaves us, so carrier transit time is additional.

U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders, with no order minimum.

Tracking

Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout after the package is handed to the carrier.

International shipping

Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout. Free shipping applies only to eligible U.S. orders.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. Because items are made to order and fulfillment can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after production or shipment has begun.

Shipping problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
